How do I turn off my Audi's start-stop system?

I find the start-stop system on my Audi annoying and would like to disable it. What is the procedure to turn it off?

To turn off the start-stop system on your Audi, first press the car menu button on the MMI control console. Then, go to the 'settings' tab and select 'start-stop'. From there, you can disable the system by selecting 'off'.
