How do I troubleshoot the Audi MMI System?

I am currently experiencing issues with my Audi's MMI system, and I am unsure of how to troubleshoot it. Can someone provide some guidance?

First, try resetting your MMI system by pressing and holding the volume knob for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, check for any software updates on the Audi website. You can also try unplugging and replugging the MMI system to reset it.
