How do I reset the tire pressure monitoring system in an Audi A3?

I recently changed my Audi A3's tires and now the tire pressure monitoring system is showing incorrect readings. How can I reset it to accurately display the tire pressure data?

You can reset the tire pressure monitoring system in your Audi A3 by first turning on the ignition and then pressing and holding the TPMS button until the warning light blinks twice. Release the button, drive for a few minutes and the system will recalibrate itself.
