I've been having some trouble with my MMI touch screen in my Audi A4 and it's not responding properly. I'm not entirely sure how to reset it, can anyone provide some guidance?
ReplyTo reset the MMI touch screen in an Audi A4, press and hold the three buttons on the top left of the screen (Menu, Back, and Top View) for about 10 seconds. This should restart the system and resolve any issues you were experiencing.
If the above method doesn't work, you may need to perform a factory reset. To do this, go to the Settings menu, select System, and then choose Factory Reset. Keep in mind that this will erase all personal settings and data from the MMI system.
I had a similar problem with my Audi A4's MMI touch screen and found that updating the software to the latest version solved the issue. You can check for updates under the System menu in the MMI settings.
