How do I reset the MMI system in my Audi Q7?

My MMI system seems to be frozen and I can't access any of the functions. How can I reset it?

To reset your MMI system, press and hold the function keys 1, 2, and 3 simultaneously for 10 seconds. This will reboot the system and usually resolves any frozen or unresponsive issues.

I had a similar issue with my Audi A4 and found that a simple software update resolved it. You can check for updates in the settings menu of your MMI system.
