The MMI, or Multi Media Interface, of your Audi A3 is responsible for controlling various systems such as audio, navigation, and vehicle settings. Sometimes, it may freeze or malfunction, and a simple reset can fix the issue. How can I reset the MMI of my Audi A3?
ReplyTo reset the MMI of your Audi A3, first turn off the ignition and open the driver side door. Then, press and hold down the MENU and CAR buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds until the MMI display turns off and then back on. This will reset the system and hopefully fix any issues you were experiencing.
If pressing the MENU and CAR buttons doesn't work, you can also try disconnecting the car's battery for a few minutes, which will also reset the MMI. Just be sure to have your radio code handy if your car requires one.
