I am having trouble with my Audi A3's MMI navigation system. It seems to be frozen and I can't access any of the menus or functions. Is there a way to reset it without having to bring it to the dealership?
ReplyYou may be able to reset the MMI navigation system by holding down the power button for 10 seconds. This will force a reboot of the system. If that doesn't work, you may need to disconnect the car battery for a few minutes and then reconnect it to see if that resets the system.
Another option is to try a factory reset of the MMI system. You can do this by going into the settings menu and selecting the option to reset all settings. Keep in mind that this may also delete any saved information such as your radio presets.
