To reset the MMI Navigation System, first turn off the ignition. Then, press and hold the MENU, central control button and top right control button at the same time. Keep holding until the MMI screen turns on and then release all buttons. Your system will be reset and should function properly. If the issue persists, it may be necessary to bring the car to an Audi dealership for further assistance.

If your Audi has a built-in SIM card, you can reset the MMI Navigation System by going to the system's menu and selecting 'Factory reset'. This will erase all saved data and settings, so make sure to back up any important information beforehand. If the system does not have a built-in SIM card, try disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it. This may also reset the system.

Before resetting the MMI Navigation System, make sure to check for any updates to the system's software. These updates can often fix any issues or bugs that may be causing the system to malfunction. You can check for updates on Audi's official website or by bringing your car to an authorized Audi dealership.
