I recently purchased a used Audi A5 and I've noticed that the MMI Navigation System is not functioning properly. Some of the buttons are not responding and the screen freezes frequently. Is there a way to reset the system without having to go to a dealership?
ReplyTo reset the MMI Navigation System, press and hold the volume knob, the top right control button, and the top right soft button at the same time for 10 seconds. This will reboot the system and fix any minor issues.
Try disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it. This will often reset the system and fix any glitches.
