ReplyTo reset the MMI system in your Audi, press and hold the MMI control knob for about 10 seconds until the screen turns off and then release. The system should reboot and return to the main menu.
Another way to reset the MMI system is to turn off the ignition, eject the MMI card (if present), wait for a few seconds, and then reinsert the card and turn on the ignition again. This will force the system to restart.
If the above methods do not work, it may be necessary to disconnect the car battery for a few minutes and then reconnect it. This will reset all systems in the car, including the MMI system.
