How do I reset the MMI (Multi-Media Interface) on my Audi A3?

The MMI on my Audi A3 seems to be frozen or malfunctioning. How do I go about resetting it to fix the issue?

To reset the MMI on your Audi A3, press the vehicle button followed by the three buttons with dots on the top row of the control panel simultaneously for 10 seconds.
