How do I reset the MMI Infotainment system on an Audi A4?

My MMI Infotainment system seems to be malfunctioning and I can't access any of the features. How can I reset it and get it working again?

To reset the MMI Infotainment system on an Audi A4, simply press and hold the MENU and CAR buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds. This will reboot the system and should fix any issues.
