How do I reset the MMI Infotainment System in my Audi?

I accidentally changed the language on my MMI Infotainment System and can't figure out how to change it back. Can someone please walk me through the steps to reset the system?

To reset the MMI Infotainment System on your Audi, simply hold down the Menu and Setup buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds. This will reboot the system and reset any changes made, including language settings.
