To reset the MMI in your Audi A8, first turn off your car completely. Then, press and hold down the Menu, Back, and Navigation buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds. The MMI screen will go black and then reboot. Once it's finished rebooting, your MMI should be reset and any issues should be resolved. Hope this helps!
