How do I reset the MMI display on an Audi A5?

I accidentally changed the display settings on my MMI screen and now I can't figure out how to reset it. Can someone help?

To reset the MMI display on your Audi A5, press and hold the Menu button on the MMI controller for about 15 seconds until the screen goes blank and then releases the button. This will reset the display to its default settings.
