I recently purchased a used Audi A5 and the driver information system's settings are all in German. How can I reset it to get it in English?
ReplyTo reset the driver information system, start by turning the ignition on. Then press the CAR and SETUP buttons simultaneously and hold for 5 seconds. A reset option should appear on the screen, select this option and follow the prompts to change the language settings.
To change the language settings in the driver information system, press the MENU button on the steering wheel. Then use the scroll wheel to navigate to the SETUP menu, and select it by pressing the OK button. In the SETUP menu, select LANGUAGE and then choose your preferred language. Once selected, press the OK button to save the changes.
A quicker way to reset the driver information system's language settings is to use the voice command feature. Simply say 'Language settings' and follow the prompts to change the language.
