ReplyTo reset the Audi A3's infotainment system, hold down the MMI Restart button for 10 seconds while the car is running. This will reboot the system and should fix any issues.
You can also reset the system by pressing and holding the three buttons (back, top right, and top left) on the Audi MMI Control Panel for at least 10 seconds.
If the above methods don't work, try disconnecting the car battery for 10 minutes and then reconnecting it. This will force a reboot of the entire system.
