How do I reset my MMI system in the Audi A8?

I am having trouble with my MMI system in my Audi A8. It is not responding to any commands and the screen seems frozen. I have tried turning the car off and on again, but the problem persists. Is there a way to reset the MMI system?

To reset your MMI system, press and hold the MENU button and the central control knob simultaneously for about 10 seconds. This will force a restart of the system.
