How do I reset my MMI system in my Audi?

I was having issues with my MMI system and I think it needs to be reset. Can anyone provide instructions on how to do this?

To reset your MMI system, press and hold the MENU button on your control panel for about 10 seconds. This should restart the system and resolve any issues you may be experiencing.
