How do I reset my MMI on my Audi A4?

I recently bought a used Audi A4 and the MMI (Multi Media Interface) system is acting up. Does anyone know how to reset it?

To reset your MMI on your Audi A4, just hold down the Menu and Car buttons for about 10 seconds. This should reboot the system and fix any issues you are having.

I had the same problem with my Audi A4 and what I found is that disconnecting the car battery for a couple minutes and then reconnecting it can also reset your MMI.
