How do I reset my Audi MMI?

I can't seem to get my MMI system to respond, how can I reset it?

To reset your Audi MMI, first turn off your car and wait for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on. If this doesn't work, try pressing and holding the Menu and Driver buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds.
