How do I reset my Audi A7's MMI display?

I accidentally messed up my MMI display settings, and now they are all messed up. How can I reset my MMI display back to its default settings?

To reset your MMI display, first press and hold the MENU button on your Audi A7's control panel. While holding the MENU button, press and hold the CAR and SETUP buttons at the same time. After a few seconds, the MMI display will reset and return to its default settings.
