How do I reset my Audi A2's MMI system?

I cannot seem to access any of the features on my Audi A2's Multi-Media Interface (MMI) system. Is there a way to quickly reset it without affecting my other settings?

To reset your MMI system, press and hold the Menu, central button, and top-right softkey buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds. This will restart the system and fix most common issues.

If the above method does not work, try disconnecting your car's battery for 10 minutes and then reconnecting it. This will also reset the MMI system but may cause other settings to be reset as well.
