How do I replace the brake pads on my Audi A6?

I recently noticed that my Audi A6's brakes are starting to feel a bit spongy, and I think it's time to replace the brake pads. Can anyone provide a step by step guide on how to do this?

Hey Samantha, replacing your brake pads is a relatively simple process that you can do yourself with the right tools and know-how. First, jack up your Audi A6 and remove the wheel. Locate the caliper bolts and use a socket wrench to remove them. Slide off the caliper and the old brake pads. Take this opportunity to clean the caliper and lubricate any moving parts. Then, place the new brake pads onto the caliper and slide it back into place. Secure the caliper with the bolts, put the wheel back on, and repeat for the other side. Don't forget to test your brakes afterwards!
