How do I replace the air filter on my Audi A4?

I recently noticed that my Audi A4 seems to be emitting more exhaust fumes than usual. I suspect it may be time to replace the air filter, but I am not sure how to go about it. Can anyone provide step-by-step instructions on how to replace the air filter on an Audi A4?

First, locate the air filter housing under the hood of your Audi A4. It is usually a black plastic box with clips or screws holding it closed. Once open, remove the old air filter and clean out any debris in the housing.

Next, make sure to properly orient the new air filter with the arrows on the side pointing towards the engine. Secure the housing closed and make sure all clips or screws are tight.
