How do I replace the air filter in an Audi A6?

I've noticed my car's engine isn't running as smoothly as before and think the air filter may need to be replaced. I have an Audi A6 and have never done it before. Any tips?

To replace the air filter in an Audi A6, first locate the air box under the hood near the engine. Open it up and remove the old filter, being careful not to let any debris fall into the intake manifold. Then, insert the new filter, making sure it is secured properly. Finally, close the air box and you're good to go!

Don't forget to clean out the air box before replacing the filter. Built up debris can decrease the filter's effectiveness.

When purchasing a new air filter, be sure to get one specifically made for Audi A6 to ensure proper fit and function.
