I recently got a new Audi and I am struggling to figure out how to program the key fob. Can anyone provide step-by-step instructions on how to do this?
ReplyTo program your Audi's key fob, you will first need to locate the key fob programming button. This can usually be found near the driver's side door handle. Once you locate it, press and hold the fob's lock and unlock buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds, until the fob's LED light flashes. Then, release both buttons and press the unlock button again. Your key fob should now be programmed!
If your Audi has a push-to-start button, you will need to place the key fob in the designated slot and press the start button while completing the programming steps. Also, make sure your car is in park and all doors are closed during the programming process.
