How do I fix the audio issues in my Audi A6?

I've been experiencing intermittent audio issues in my Audi A6 where the sound cuts out for a few seconds before coming back. It's happening on all audio sources (radio, CD, Bluetooth, etc). Is there a known fix for this issue?
