I recently got a new Audi A5 and I heard about the traffic sign recognition function. How do I turn it on and make sure it's properly working?
ReplyTo enable the traffic sign recognition function in your Audi A5, go to the settings menu in your car's infotainment system and select 'driver assistance' options. From there, you should be able to find and enable the traffic sign recognition feature. Make sure your car's front-facing camera is properly functioning and not obstructed for the best results.
To turn on the traffic sign recognition function, press the 'car' button on your Audi A5's key fob three times to access the vehicle's central locking system. Once in the central locking menu, use the 'up' and 'down' buttons to find the traffic sign recognition option and press 'OK' to enable it.
The traffic sign recognition function can also be activated through voice control in your Audi A5. Simply say 'activate traffic sign recognition' and the system will turn on and begin detecting signs on the road. Note that this feature only works when your car is equipped with the Audi MMI navigation system.
