How do I check the oil level on my Audi A2?

I recently bought an Audi A2 and I'm not sure how to check the oil level. Can someone provide me with instructions?

To check the oil level on your Audi A2, park your car on a level surface and wait for the engine to cool down. Locate the dipstick which is usually found near the engine compartment. Pull it out and wipe it clean with a cloth. Reinsert it, then pull it out again and check the oil level. If it's below the minimum mark, you'll need to add more oil.
