How do I check the engine oil in an Audi A2?

I recently purchased an Audi A2 and I'm not sure how to check the engine oil. I want to make sure my car is well-maintained and running smoothly. Can someone provide me with an easy step-by-step guide?

First, you need to locate the oil dipstick which is usually colored and marked with an oil can or engine logo. Pull it out and wipe the end clean with a cloth. Then re-insert it and pull it out again. You should now be able to see the current level of oil. Ensure it is between the min and max marks. If it is low, add the recommended oil until it reaches the max mark.
