To change the oil on your Audi A2, you will need to have a few tools and supplies on hand. You will need a new oil filter, new engine oil, a new drain plug washer, a socket wrench, a jack and jack stands, and a catch pan. As for the type of oil, always refer to your owner's manual to ensure you are using the correct type and grade of oil for your specific engine. As for how often to change the oil, it's recommended to change it every 5,000 to 7,500 miles or every 6 months, whichever comes first.

Changing the oil on your Audi A2 is a simple task that will help prolong the life of your engine. Start by warming up your engine for a few minutes, then lift the car with a jack and place jack stands underneath for support. Locate the oil drain bolt underneath the engine and place the catch pan underneath. Unscrew the bolt to drain out the old oil. While the oil is draining, replace the oil filter by unscrewing it and screwing on a new one. Once the oil is drained, replace the bolt with a new washer and refill the engine with new oil. Double check the oil level with your dipstick and you're good to go!
