I recently purchased an Audi A7 and I've noticed that it's only front-wheel drive. I was wondering if there is a way to change it to all-wheel drive? Is it something that can be done at a dealership or do I need to make modifications on my own? Thanks!
ReplyHi Samantha, congratulations on your new Audi A7! To answer your question, unfortunately, it is not possible to change the front-wheel drive to all-wheel drive on your own. This is because the all-wheel drive system is built into the car during production and cannot be modified afterwards. However, you can definitely take your car to a dealership and speak to a technician about upgrading your car to all-wheel drive if it is available for your specific model and trim. I would recommend doing some research and getting quotes from different dealerships to find the best option for you. Hope this helps!
Hey Samantha, great question! As mentioned, it is not possible to change the front-wheel drive to all-wheel drive on your own. It would require extensive modifications on the car, which could potentially void your warranty and could be quite expensive. If having an all-wheel drive vehicle is important to you, I would recommend trading in your current Audi A7 for a model that already has all-wheel drive. This would be a more cost-effective and safer option in the long run. Let me know if you have any other questions!
