How do I adjust the headrest in an Audi A4?

I recently purchased an Audi A4 and I can't seem to figure out how to adjust the headrest. Anyone have any tips?

To adjust the headrest in an Audi A4, simply reach behind the headrest and find the small button on the left side. Press and hold the button while pulling up or pushing down on the headrest to your desired position.
