How do I activate the interior lighting in my Audi A5?

I just purchased an Audi A5 and I cannot figure out how to turn on the interior lighting. I have checked the manual but am still struggling. Any tips?

To turn on the interior lighting in your Audi A5, locate the switch near the driver's side footwell. It is labeled as 'interior light' and should have a small lightbulb symbol.
