How can I update the firmware on my Audi's infotainment system?

I have a 2019 Audi Q5 and I am having trouble updating the software on my infotainment system. I've tried connecting to WiFi and using a USB, but it doesn't seem to work. Can someone please help me with the steps to update the firmware?

To update the firmware on your Audi's infotainment system, you will need to first download the update file from the official Audi website. Then, insert a USB drive into your car and transfer the downloaded file onto the USB. Finally, insert the USB into your car's infotainment system and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the update.

I had the same issue with my Audi A5 and here's how I fixed it. Instead of using WiFi to download the firmware update, try using a different internet connection, such as your phone's hotspot. Also, make sure you have enough storage space on your infotainment system for the update.

Updating the firmware on your Audi's infotainment system can be a bit tricky, but here's a tip that worked for me. Before attempting to update, try resetting your infotainment system by holding down the power button for 10 seconds. This often resolves any connectivity issues.
