My Audi A4 is having trouble with the MMI (multimedia interface) system. The screen turns off randomly and sometimes the buttons don't respond. I have tried restarting the car and resetting the system, but it hasn't helped. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
ReplyFirst, check the connections of the MMI system. Loose or faulty connections can cause the issues you're experiencing. If that's not the problem, then you may need to update the software of the MMI system. Contact your local Audi dealership for assistance with this. Also, try resetting the system again, but make sure to hold the buttons down for at least 5 seconds.
I had the same problem with my Audi A4. Turns out, the issue was with the battery in my key fob. Try changing the battery and see if that solves the issue.
