I am having trouble with my MMI Navigation system on my Audi A3. It does not seem to be responding properly and I am unsure of how to fix it. Can someone please provide some guidance on troubleshooting this issue?
ReplyThe first thing to try is resetting the MMI system by pressing and holding the MENU button and the function selector buttons at the same time for 5 seconds. If this does not work, then you may need to update the software or contact your Audi dealership for further assistance.
Make sure that your Audi A3 is in a place with good GPS signal and that you have entered the correct destination address. If the issue persists, try clearing the location history and then re-entering the address. Sometimes, the system can get confused if there are multiple addresses saved for the same destination.
If the MMI system is completely unresponsive, you may need to check the fuses and connections. It is also possible that there is a software glitch, in which case you may need to go to an Audi dealership and have the system reset.
