How can I troubleshoot the MMI Navigation System in my Audi A6?

I recently purchased a used 2018 Audi A6 and have been having trouble with the MMI Navigation System. It keeps freezing and not accurately tracking my location. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions for troubleshooting?

Have you tried resetting the MMI system by pressing and holding down the Menu button and the Control knob for about 10 seconds? This can sometimes solve navigation system issues. Another possible solution could be to update the system software.
