First, check that your phone's Bluetooth is turned on and in discoverable mode. Then, try deleting your Audi A6 from your phone's Bluetooth device list and re-pairing it. If that doesn't work, try resetting your car's Bluetooth system by disconnecting the negative terminal of your car battery for a few minutes.

Check if there is any interference from other wireless devices, such as other Bluetooth devices or radio frequencies. This can disrupt the connection. Also, make sure your phone is updated with the latest software as outdated software can also cause connectivity issues.

If you have recently updated your phone's software, it's possible that the update may have changed your phone's Bluetooth settings. Check to see if there are any new settings that need to be adjusted for your Audi A6 to connect.
