How can I reset the MMI system on my Audi A2?

I am having trouble with the MMI system on my Audi A2 and it is not responding to any inputs. Does anyone know how to reset it?

To reset the MMI system on your Audi A2, press and hold the Setup button for 10 seconds until the system reboots. After that, the system should respond to your inputs as normal.
