I'm having trouble connecting my phone to my car's MMI system. I've tried turning it off and on again, but it's still not working. Any suggestions?

To reset the MMI system, press and hold the MENU and CAR buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds. This will reboot the system and should fix any connectivity issues you may be having.

I've had similar issues and found that disconnecting and reconnecting the battery can also help reset the MMI system. Just be sure to have your radio code handy before doing this.
