I am having issues with my MMI Navigation system in my Audi A4 and would like to know how I can reset it. It's been giving me wrong directions and sometimes freezes during use. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
ReplyTo reset the MMI Navigation system in your Audi A4, first make sure your vehicle is parked and the engine is turned off. Then, press and hold the top left button on the MMI control panel for at least 10 seconds until the screen turns black. Wait for a few seconds and then release the button. Your system should now be reset.
Another way to reset your MMI Navigation system is by removing the fuse for the MMI system in your Audi A4. You can refer to your vehicle's manual to locate the fuse box and the relevant fuse for the MMI system. Remove the fuse for a few minutes and then replace it. This should reset your system.
If neither of the above methods work, you may need to perform a hard reset on your MMI Navigation system. To do this, turn on the vehicle and switch on the MMI system. Press and hold the menu button, central control knob, and the top right control knob at the same time for about 10 seconds. The system should now reboot and reset.
