How can I reset the MMI in an Audi A1?

I'm having trouble with my MMI (multimedia interface) in my Audi A1. The screen keeps freezing and I'm unable to access any of the functions. Is there a way to reset it?

You can try resetting the system by simultaneously pressing and holding the MENU, BACK, and NAV buttons for 10 seconds. This should restart the system and fix any glitches.
