Hi Denise, resetting the onboard computer of your Audi A4 is a quick and easy process. Simply turn off the engine and press and hold the reset button, located on the instrument cluster, for about 10 seconds. This will reset the computer and should fix any issues you are experiencing. If the problem persist, I would recommend taking your car to a mechanic for further diagnosis.

Hi Denise, you can also try disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it. This will also reset the onboard computer. However, keep in mind that doing this may reset some of your car's settings and you may need to reprogram them. If you are not comfortable with this, it's best to take your car to a mechanic.

Hello Denise, another option would be to use a diagnostic scanner to reset the onboard computer. This will provide more detailed information about any underlying issues that may be causing the problem. However, not everyone has access to a diagnostic scanner, so you may want to consider taking your car to a mechanic for this solution.
