I recently encountered an issue with my MMI navigation system on my Audi A4, where it stopped responding and the screen went black. I have tried turning off the car and restarting it, but it did not fix the issue. Is there a way to reset the system?
ReplyTo reset the MMI navigation system on your Audi A4, you can try pressing and holding down the MENU and CAR buttons on the MMI control panel simultaneously. This should restart the system and hopefully resolve the issue.
Another way to reset the MMI system is to remove the fuse for the system from the fuse box and then reinstall it after a few minutes. This has been known to fix MMI system issues for some Audi A4 owners.
If the above methods do not work, you can try disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it. This will also reset the MMI system and may help resolve the issue.
