How can I reset my Audi's MMI system?

My MMI system is acting up and I can't seem to reset it. Can you give me some tips on how to do it?

Hi Mark, resetting your MMI system is actually quite easy. You can do it by holding down the setup button for about 10 seconds. This should trigger the reset process.
