To reset your Audi A7's MMI system, you need to first press and hold the MENU button for 10 seconds until the MMI system restarts. Then press and hold the CAR and SETUP buttons for 10 seconds until the screen goes blank and the system restarts again. Finally, turn off your vehicle and wait for a few minutes before starting it again.
