How can I fix a malfunctioning MMI screen in my 2018 Audi A5?

My MMI screen in my 2018 Audi A5 has suddenly stopped responding and I am unable to use any of the features. How can I troubleshoot and fix this issue?

First, try restarting your MMI system by pressing and holding the Menu, Navigation, and Volume buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. If that doesn't work, try checking the fuses related to the MMI screen. They may need to be replaced.
