I recently purchased an Audi A1 and I noticed that the auto start-stop feature doesn't seem to be functioning. Can someone please guide me on how to activate it and make the most out of this fuel-saving feature?
ReplyTo enable the auto start-stop feature in your Audi A1, simply press the Eco button located on the center console. This will activate the start-stop system and you will notice the engine turning off when the car comes to a complete stop.
Make sure that the auto start-stop feature is turned on in the car settings. You can access this by going to the car menu, selecting 'Settings', and then selecting the 'Auto Start-Stop' option. If it is already turned on, try pressing and holding the button for a few seconds to reset the system.
In some cases, the auto start-stop feature may not work if the engine is cold or the battery level is low. Give the feature a few minutes to warm up the engine or get the battery checked if the problem persists.
